Common questions

Is Sogni Unlimited really credit-free?

For all open-source models, yes — you do not spend Spark or SOGNI per render while your subscription is active. You pay a flat monthly or annual subscription fee and renders on open-source models do not consume credits. Fair-use limits apply. Proprietary models (GPT Image 2, Seedance, HappyHorse) still require Premium Spark credits.

How fast are Unlimited renders?

Speed depends on available Supernet capacity. During off-peak hours renders are typically fast. During peak periods, Premium Spark jobs run ahead and your renders may queue. The Supernet is growing, so performance improves as more workers join. If you need guaranteed fast turnaround, Premium Spark is always available.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Monthly plans renew each month; annual plans renew each year. Cancellation turns off renewal, and access continues through the end of the current billing period. Web subscriptions are managed in your Sogni account settings; App Store subscriptions in your Apple subscription settings; Google Play subscriptions in Google Play > Subscriptions. Downgrades (including switching from annual to monthly) take effect at your next renewal date; upgrades may take effect immediately.

How do annual plans and refunds work?

Annual subscriptions are discounted in exchange for a one-year commitment. You may cancel renewal at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your paid term. Trial cancellation ends Unlimited access immediately and prevents the first charge. If a renewal payment fails, Unlimited access pauses during payment retry and resumes after payment succeeds. Mid-term refunds are not provided except where required by law, required by the payment platform, or approved by Sogni support for billing, technical, or account issues. For App Store purchases, refund requests are handled by Apple.

Does Unlimited include Sogni Intelligence and Creative Agent?

Yes. Sogni Intelligence (OpenAI-compatible API + tools) and Sogni Creative Agent are included with all Unlimited subscription tiers. LLM inference through open-source models is part of your fair-use allowance.

I'm a worker — when do I get paid?

Regular network jobs still earn SOGNI per completed Spark- or SOGNI-paid job. Subscription jobs are optional and settle through the monthly Worker Revenue Share pool after each UTC month closes and provider revenue is reconciled. Accept the current terms and enable eligible workers from the upcoming Subscription Earnings dashboard. Annual subscriptions fund the pool a month at a time across the year they cover (not all in the purchase month), and free-trial periods begin contributing only once they convert to a paid subscription. Any announced SOGNI incentive, including Season 9 incentives, is separate from the monthly revenue-share pool and follows the posted Terms & Conditions.
