Vibe-coded application development and agentic use are allowed and encouraged, but multi-user production applications and workloads with continuous, 24/7 demand are not fair use and may be terminated. Published active-job and queue-size limits help keep access fair across the Supernet. Paid plans also use unpublished, adaptive daily throughput tiers. There is no hard daily job cap; available concurrency is halved as an account crosses each higher usage threshold. Thresholds adjust with GPU supply and network demand and reset at the start of each UTC day. Standard MiniMax H3 uses more dynamic throttling than H3 Turbo because of demand, but fewer than 10% of Unlimited subscribers currently experience a fair-use over-usage slowdown. Within each priority class, subscription renders favor accounts with the least usage that UTC day so more subscribers receive fast service with minimal queue time. Premium Spark and SOGNI pay-as-you-go jobs receive priority over subscription jobs, while Unlimited Pro receives priority over Unlimited. Exact thresholds are not published to prevent gaming. Current end-to-end averages, including queue wait, are about 13–15 minutes for a full-quality 15-second standard H3 video and 3–4 minutes for H3 Turbo. Capacity and demand vary day to day, so these are estimates rather than guarantees. Unlimited starts with one concurrent standard H3 render and Unlimited Pro with two. Sogni does not publish a fixed daily count because that would encourage usage aimed at a limit rather than fair use, but there is no hard daily video cap. At the standard $0.08-per-second pay-as-you-go rate, each full-quality 15-second render represents $1.20 in capacity: 17 renders exceed the $20 monthly Unlimited price, and 42 exceed the $50 Unlimited Pro price in a single day. These are value comparisons, not promised quotas or usage targets. Individual creators can keep substantial queues moving throughout the day through the API and the Sogni Creative Agent Skill for Claude, Codex, and Hermes; unattended continuous 24/7 or multi-user production workloads are not fair use.

Yes. Premium Spark is always available alongside any plan. When you need GPT Image 2, Seedance, HappyHorse, or the absolute-fastest priority queue, purchase a Spark Pack and those credits are used separately from your subscription fair-use allowance.

New subscribers to Sogni Unlimited or Unlimited Pro get a 3-day trial at no charge. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. A Stripe/web trial ends immediately when canceled; Apple and Google Play trials follow the date and terms shown by the store. One trial per household. If you subscribe again after using a trial, checkout starts as a paid subscription. The trial includes the same opt-in Sensitive Content Filter controls as Unlimited, so adults can disable the filter during the trial; free monthly Spark remains filtered. Free trials include anti-abuse usage limits (daily job and total render caps, plus image/video size limits; API access is limited during the trial). Full plan limits apply once your trial converts.

In Sogni Wallet, select Update Plan, then Downgrade to Free. Review when your benefits end and what will no longer be included, then continue to Stripe to confirm. Apple and Google Play subscriptions must be canceled with the store that billed you. For paid plans, renewal turns off and access continues until the date shown by the billing provider; then future generations use pay-as-you-go Spark. A Stripe/web trial ends immediately when canceled, while Apple and Google Play trials follow the date shown by the store. Your account, creations, and Spark balance remain available. Crypto-paid plans have nothing to cancel — they are prepaid and never renew, so access simply ends on your paid-through date.

Annual subscriptions are discounted in exchange for a one-year commitment. You may cancel renewal at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your paid term. If a renewal payment fails, Unlimited access pauses during the payment retry period and resumes after payment succeeds. Mid-term refunds are not provided except where required by law, required by the payment platform, or approved by Sogni support for billing, technical, or account issues. Eligible Unlimited accounts include fair-use access to supported open-weight models on the Sogni Supernet — including MiniMax H3 and H3 Turbo, Krea 2 Turbo, Z-Image Turbo, Chroma, Qwen Image Edit 2511 Lightning, LTX-2.3, WAN 2.2, language models, and ACE-Step music models. Pay-as-you-go Spark remains available for API jobs and usage outside the fair-use allowance. GPT Image 2, Seedance, and HappyHorse are proprietary partner models that require Spark regardless of plan. Unless a release is specifically marked otherwise, newly supported open-weight models and related updates are automatically included for both existing and new Unlimited subscribers.

Yes. Sogni plans can access eligible open-source uncensored and NSFW-capable models on the Sogni Supernet, including Dark Beast Krea 2, Dark Beast Z-Image Turbo v9, One Obsession v22, Chroma, and other community models. Unlimited and Unlimited Pro cover those eligible open-source models under fair use, and the 3-day Unlimited trial includes full unrestricted access for adults, including disabling the Sensitive Content Filter. Free monthly Spark cannot be used while the filter is off; pay-as-you-go Spark packs or SOGNI can also run eligible models. Mature content is strictly opt-in for adults: disable the Sensitive Content Filter in the Sogni app or SDK before submitting those jobs. Regular Spark- and SOGNI-paid worker jobs still settle in SOGNI per completed job. The Worker Revenue Share Pool is an optional second income stream for subscription jobs, distributed after each month closes and provider revenue is reconciled. Workers accept the current Subscription Earnings terms and enable eligible workers from the upcoming Subscription Earnings dashboard. Participating workers earn based on their share of completed subscription-tier render work, measured as Spark-equivalent pool points. No wallet connection is needed, so you can send straight from an exchange. Crypto plans are prepaid one-time purchases: they never auto-renew, there is nothing to cancel, and there is no free trial. You can prepay several months or years at once, and upgrading to Unlimited Pro mid-period charges only the prorated difference.
